Moody is attempting to spur federal officials to explain how their latest immigration plan does not violate a court order obtained earlier this year. Meanwhile, U.S. Senator Josh Hawley wants the Biden Administration to continue using Title 42 to repel illegal immigrants, claiming that a "biggest number of people moving across our border ever" will occur. Hawley also calls for Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas to resign and wants Congress to impeach him if he does not step down.
