Police have arrested a man in connection with the murder of four people in Bowdoin, Maine and the shooting on Interstate 295 in Yarmouth, which left three people injured. Joseph Eaton, 34, of Bowdoin, has been charged with the murder of all four victims found in a home on Augusta Road. On Tuesday morning, around 10:30 a.m., several vehicles were hit by gunfire on I-295 near exits 15 and 17/East Main Street. In total, three people were shot while driving along the highway. Of those three, one person remains in critical condition. Earlier in the day, police found the four bodies in Bowdoin. Authorities found the suspect in a wooded area off the highway, and stated there is no further threat to the public. The victims and suspect remain unidentified.
