The second day of the Billabong Pro Pipeline, the World Surf League's (WSL) 2023 Men's Championship Tour (CT) event, was a success. With clean four-to-six-foot swell, the surfers battled it out for a chance to claim one of the 32 spots up for grabs in the Round of 32.
