Barkley explained that he had criticized Jordan's performance as owner of the Charlotte Hornets and that this led to the explosive conversation that ended their close relationship. He went on to say that it’s now up to Jordan to decide if they’ll ever be able to mend their friendship. This isn't the first time Barkley has called out Jordan, as he previously said that Jordan's greatness doesn't give him “the right to be a jerk” during an interview with 60 Minutes.
