Despite being stunned in a devastating loss to in-state rival Indiana on Saturday, the Boilermakers, who currently has a 24-5 overall record and 13-5 in the Big Ten, secured the title with a commanding 75-59 win.

This is the 25th title won by the Boilermakers since the first in 1923. The victory caps off an impressive season for Purdue, who was predicted to finish mid-to-lower in the conference standings but defied all odds and worked their way to the top.
