Michigan State University (MSU) students and community are once again in shock and mourning as a mass shooting incident on campus Monday night brought back haunting memories of a similar event that happened just 15 months ago in Oxford, Michigan.

"It was like reliving Oxford all over again," said Nicole Ferguson, a mother of an MSU student. She had been on the phone with her daughter when the young woman received text messages about the incident.
